"The general policies, scope and procedures of the Pyramid Lake Tribal Health Clinic shall be determined by a Health Board that consists of five members, two (2) Tribal Council members and three (3) community members; all of who shall be members of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe. The affairs of the Pyramid Lake Tribal Health Clinic shall be managed by the Health Board composed of five persons." - Article III, Health Board Charter and Plan of Operations, PLTHC
